Justice Courts Announce Online Payments

Clark County Justice Courts have unveiled a new online payment option, making it easier for residents and visitors to pay traffic citations.

The new feature, accessible from the Justice Court pages and from the e-Payments menu of the County website at, will streamline processing of such payments for  these nine Justice Court townships: North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Bunkerville, Goodsprings, Laughlin, Moapa, Moapa Valley and Searchlight. The direct link for payment is

These nine courts previously processed more than $7.8 million in payments for citations and other matters in Fiscal Year 2010. Previously, all payments were submitted via U.S. mail or in person at the courts themselves. This new online payment system will not only be easier for citizens but it will streamline court operations and reduce wait times at the customer service windows.

The new online system currently allows payment for traffic court cases and will eventually be available for misdemeanor cases.

To make payment using the system, users may visit the Web page and search by name or case or ticket number. Simply follow the prompts once the information is entered.

Las Vegas Justice Court, whose website operates on a separate system with separate computer servers, already has its own online payment system in place.
